To track your Retroe Set order, please click the link in your dispatch email and it will direct you to shipping tracking information. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folders too. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Confirmation emails can sometimes go into your junk email folders so please check these first. If you still haven’t received confirmation your email, please email into contact@retroesetactive.com.au with your order number and we will be able to assist.

If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. If applicable, please check your mail room or front desk reception. You could also check with other members of your household and neighbours to see if they received the package on your behalf as we do see this happen quite often.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, email contact@retroesetactive.com.au and we will be happy to assist, however please know we cannot refund a missing but delivered parcel.

Do not soak for long periods of time in water.

Wash separately to other coloured clothing to avoid bleed transfer and discoloration from other garments on your Retroe Set
