Shipping Made Easy

RETROE ACTIVEWEAR SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Orders placed by 10 am AEST Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 10 am AEST or on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day. 

Orders will be processed and delivered Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national public holidays.

Please note that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer than usual processing and delivery times.

IN THE EVENT OF SHIPPING DELAYS

We work towards ensuring that we can meet all delivery timeframes however sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to bad weather, courier delays, and logistics.


If your Retroe Set package is delayed, we will keep you updated on the item's arrival status via email.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS PROCESS

Delivery of Retroe Set products outside of Australia may need to be cleared through customs. Some countries charge a duty or tax on imported parcels over a certain monetary value. If your Retroe Set order exceeds this amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order.

Please ensure you contact your local Customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to purchasing and to better understand the threshold in your country.

Please note; Retroe Set does not cover import liabilities that are applied by the government of the destination country. Retroe Set will not be held liable or responsible for custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply.

Retroe Set do not have control over these customs fees, and unfortunately cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary per country and the per order value. Retroe Set is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

In the event that you refuse to pay the customs fees, your parcel may be destroyed, and a replacement or Store Credit cannot be offered.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

DOMESTIC (Within Australia) 

We offer two different shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Delivery – UP TO 4 BUSINESS DAYS (DEPENDING ON THE ORIGIN)
  • Express Delivery - 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS (DEPENDING ON THE ORIGIN)

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA)

The cost of international shipping is calculated at checkout and based on delivery location and weight.

Shipping time frames are exclusive of Customs processing.
